Recertification Application Form
The application deadline for IBCLC's recertifying by exam is the 31st of March. Please note that the applications for recertification by exam for 2013 are now closed. For IBCLC's recertifying by CERPs, the deadline is the 31st of August. Applications must be postmarked on or before these dates.
