CERPs Application Forms for Education Providers

The following applications are for educators or course providers wanting to apply for CERPs. There are two ways that you can apply for CERPs. Please see below for more details.

You can apply online
You can apply for CERPs by using our online form. You will need to complete all of the required fields and you will also need to attach a copy of the program or course outline so that CERPs can be allocated appropriately. We also require a copy of the speakers abstracts and an example copy of a certificate of attendance. Once we have received your application, you will be emailed a Payment Form which will need to be completed and returned to us before we can finalise your application and issue you with your official CERPs Approval Letter. This letter will contain your IBLCE Approval Number and the number and types of CERPs that have been allocated. Please allow up to three weeks for your application to be processed.

To download an application, you first need to click on the link below that applies to your specific country.

CERPs application for Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, China, Singapore, Korea, New Zealand

This three page document then needs to be printed out and completed by the designated person from your organisation. When you submit your application, you need to include a copy of your program or course outline so that CERPs can be allocated appropriately. We also require a copy of the speakers abstracts and an example copy of a certificate of attendance. Please allow up to three weeks for your application to be processed.

There are three ways that you can submit your application:

1. You can scan and email to cerps@iblce.edu.au ;

2. You can fax the application to (07) 5529 8922 (within Australia) or +61 7 5529 8922 (outside Australia) or,

3. You can post the application directly to the IBLCE office:
